该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： （1）HIL/SIL 台架建设与运维 （2）智驾测试场景开发与维护 （3）仿真测试用例设计与执行 （4）自动化脚本与 CI/CD 工具链开发 （5）传感器仿真与故障注入 （6）跨团队协同支持（集成 / 测试 / 供应商 / 开发） （7）HIL 方法论沉淀与团队赋能 任职要求： （1）本科及以上，车辆 / 电子 / 自动化 / 计算机 / 控制等相关专业 （2）熟悉至少一种 HIL 平台（dSPACE/NI/Vector/ETAS） （3）熟悉至少一种场景仿真软件（VTD/PreScan/CARLA/51Sim-One） （4）掌握基本Python+MATLAB/Simulink 操作 （5）熟悉 CAN/LIN/Ethernet 协议及 AUTOSAR 架构 （6）3 年以上 HIL/SIL 经验，至少参与过一个完整 HIL 项目
