该职位来源于猎聘 "职责描述： 1. 负责物理化学材料，气象环境，生物信息，仿真计算等高性能计算应用和AI应用的优化 2. 负责操作系统、编译器、性能分析工具、MPI等高性能计算软件栈技术研究 3. 负责HPC领域前瞻性技术的研究，研究有助于提升HPC应用效果的前沿技术，完成测试与验证，并整合进现有技术方案； 任职要求： 1. 要求理工科数值计算相关专业（数学、物理、化学、工学、计算机等）硕士及以上学历，博士优先 2. 熟悉Linux操作系统，shell，python，C/C++，fortran等1-2种编程语言， 3. 熟悉物理化学，气象，生物信息、人工智能等专业领域的软件 优先： 1. 熟悉TAU, Vtune, Linux Perf等性能优化工具优先 2. 熟悉计算机体系结构，CPU微架构、GPU微架构优先 3. 有MPI、OpenMP、CUDA、NCCL调试优化者优先 4. 熟悉DFT、有限元、有限差分、PDE求解等相关算法的优先 5. 熟悉Linux内核，gdb，有相关调试经验的优先"
