该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、基于业务需求和人才规划，制定人才招聘计划、推动实施、达成招聘目标； 2、参与制定社会招聘计划，策划、组织、实施社会招聘活动； 3、负责招聘渠道的开拓与统筹管理、渠道费用管控使用效果分析； 4、组织人才甄选及面试、完善工具，优化招聘录用流程。 要求： 1、信息处理能力强者优先； 2、时间充裕者优先。 工作时间：每周到岗五天，周末双休，早9—晚18:30
