该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、与HRBP和人力资源伙伴一起完成招聘工作，发布招聘广告、负责简历搜索、面试预约及面试组织工作，跟进面试流程； 2、维护招聘渠道，及时更新完善人才库资源； 3、协助完成招聘计划，进行招聘数据统计分析； 4、协助HRBP完成其它所负责业务团队的其它人力资源工作； 任职要求： 1、大学本科及以上学历，有HR实习经验者优先； 2、对人力资源工作有热情，乐于学习新知识； 3、具备较强的责任心、沟通能力及抗压能力； 4、沟通能力好，善于与人交流和收集信息，积极主动，灵活高效； 5、一周可出勤3-5天，可实习3个月以上。接受后期不坐班
