- 协助完成招聘流程，包括职位发布、简历筛选及面试安排 2.维护招聘渠道数据，定期更新人才库信息 3.主动通过 LinkedIn、招聘平台等渠道搜寻、挖掘目标候选人，并建立初步联系 4.协助进行候选人初步沟通，了解其求职意向与背景匹配度，推进后续流程 任职要求：
- 在读统招本科及以上学历，专业不限
- 具备英语工作能力，可处理英文邮件及文档
- 有招聘类实习经验者优先，无经验但学习能力强亦可
- 每周可到岗3-5天
