【工作职责】 1、通过各种招聘渠道搜寻候选人，灵活安排各条线负责人面试环节，推进招聘进度； 2、协助负责校园招聘前期准备及面试流程； 3、对各类招聘数据进行统计及分析； 4、协助部门企业文化及培训活动组织及落地。 【任职资格】 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、行政管理、心理学等人文社科类专业优先； 2、沟通能力强，逻辑思路清晰，能在压力下工作，具有高度责任心和团队合作精神； 3、具有产研招聘实习经验优先； 4、能长期实习者优先，每周可实习至少四天。
职位薪资：
150-200/天
