工作内容： 1、找候选人：通过招聘平台、社交渠道搜索目标人选，做初步电话沟通； 2、拆需求：和顾问一起分析客户岗位，理清候选人画像； 3、跟流程：管理人才库，跟进候选人进展，辅助 Offer 谈判； 【我们希望你】 1、本科或研究生在读，27届优先，每周至少 3-4 天，实习期不少于 4 个月； 2、专业不限，看沟通力和判断力； 3、能接受高频电话沟通，被拒绝是常态。
职位薪资：
120-150/天
