该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、招聘全流程：协助HRBP及业务部门完成相关岗位的招聘工作，包括JD、筛选简历、邀约面试、面试反馈跟踪，招聘数据梳理等。
2、协助组织部门复盘、OKR落地、生日会、周年活动等。
3、协助进行战略规划、人才盘点、人才梯队建设、绩效考核、员工转正述职、培训实施等。
4、协作HRleader安排的其它工作。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上大四在读或研二在读； 2、专业不限，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学、社会学等相关专业优先； 3、学习能力强，能够快速适应新环境并掌握新技能；
