该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1.参与到面试流程工作中，负责候选人的一站式面试安排运营，包括清晰介绍职位信息，人选及面试官面试邀约，日历/会议室安排及专场招聘运营支持等工作. 2.及时处理面试过程中遇到的情况，跟进面试结果，推进面试流程，持续提升候选人面试体验。 3.HR相关项目的支持工作及其他临时交办事项 任职要求 1.有人力资源实习经历的优先， 2.耐心、细心和较强的责任心、 3. 对人力资源工作感兴趣，有激情，有招聘相关实习经验者为佳 4.本科及以上在校学生，能实习半年以上 5.熟练操作 MS office等常用办公软件
