人力资源助理 HR Coordinator Intern

Job Duties: 1. 日常人力资源协助工作：包括文件存档、数据录入、扫描、一般文书工作等； Routine HR duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, paperwork etc. 2. 协助人力资源系统的维护工作； Assist in maintaining HR system. 3. 协助相关文件的中英文翻译; Assist with file translation into both Chinese and English; 4. 协助参与实习生培养计划相关事宜，包括实习生活动、校园招聘、实习生培训与沟通等; Assist with student pipeline program, including student workshops, campus recruit, student training and communications, etc. 5. 协助发布招聘广告，筛选简历，安排面试和系统录入; Assist with posting recruiting ads, pre-screening resumes, arranging interview and system entry. 6. 协助新员工入职培训的相关安排与讲解； Assist with new hire orientation. 7. 其他由主管或团队成员分配的任务。 Other duties assigned by the supervisor or the team. Requirements: 1. 无专业限制，希望在未来从事人力资源工作者优先； Strong interest in Human Resources. No major limitation. 2. 每周出勤三天及以上，并能至少实习3个月； At least 3 days on board a week and able to last for at least 3 months. 3. 良好的英语书面能力； Written English is preferred. 4. 有保密意识； Strong sense of confidentiality. 5. 愿意学习新事物，较强的学习能力； Willing to learn and learn well. 6. 工作认真、负责、注重细节。 Very responsible and detail oriented. 通过此次实习，您可以获得： 1. 了解及熟悉人力资源部门的日常工作与运作，了解人力资源领域的相关法律法规； 2. 了解和感受外资企业的工作氛围和文化，提前熟悉真实的职场环境； 3. 实习报酬：160-180元/天，免费工作餐。 Location: 上海市普陀区祁连山南路未来岛高新技术产业园（地铁11号线祁连山路站），预计今年12月份公司会搬迁到【青浦区-赵巷】17号线沿线。
