工作职责：
- 与招聘团队、业务伙伴以及供应商合作，协调候选人面试安排、相关会议以及员工入职流程等
- 负责招聘及相关数据分析、招聘系统维护以及供应商的日常沟通和维护
- 支持简历筛选， 招聘流程优化以及候选人体验改善等工作
- 管理招聘微信公众平台，如策划每周推文，维护用户系统以及协调各种推广活动
- 负责人力资资源相关数据分析，包括员工人数报告、离职率分析、招聘效率和人才管理等
- 有效协调各种人力资源项目，人力资源管理流程并履行其它人力资源相关职责
任职条件：
- 本科学历, 有相关实习经验者优先
- 良好的人际交往和沟通能力
- 良好的英语口头和书面表达
- 良好的项目协调能力
- 良好的计算机操作能力，包括Excel, Word 和Powerpoint等
- 有微信公众号管理经验者优先
职位薪资：
120-150/天
