该职位来源于猎聘 *此岗位隶属于千人规模的营销事业部，短期内解决招聘配置及培训发展的工作需求，未来可往全模块BP发展。 【岗位职责】 1、负责招聘配置相关工作，根据年度招聘规划及业务需求，完善招聘体系，达成事业部（内外部）人员招聘目标，满足事业部人才需求 2、负责事业部培训管理工作，通过新员工、星火班、营销特训班、总经理班等重点人才发育项目，强化员工队伍素质建设，为未来发展提供充足的后备人才 *备注：短期内可以一个方向、也可以两个方向都做 【岗位要求】 1、3年以上人力资源工作经验，对于招聘交付、人才发展有亮点经验优先 2、有清晰的职业规划和发展目标，对于招聘相关工作有饱满的热情
