- 基于业务思维，统筹人力资源六大模块的综合工作，推动人力资源战略在业务部门的落地执行
- 负责项目管理全流程，制定并优化绩效管理体系、奖级激励机制及分配体系
- 搭建人才梯队，完善组织架构设计，支撑业务目标达成
- 协调跨部门资源，解决业务部门人力资源相关问题
- 业务战略配合人力资源功能落地，制定SPBP计划 任职要求：
- 具备涂料/建材/化工行业经验，熟悉行业特性及业务模式
- 8年以上人力资源全模块管理经验，3年以上HRBP团队管理经历
- 精通绩效管理、薪酬激励体系设计，具备组织诊断与优化能力
- 具备项目统筹能力及业务思维，能通过数据驱动人力资源决策
