该职位来源于猎聘 一、岗位职责 1. 招聘与人才管理：负责业务部门关键岗位的招聘工作，制定并执行招聘策略，确保人员配置满足业务需求 2. 绩效管理：参与制定和实施绩效考核方案，进行定期绩效面谈，确保评估的公正性和有效性，提出激励计划和具体实施办法 3. 员工关系管理：负责员工关系的沟通与协调等 4. 数据分析与系统操作：对数据进行分析并提出优化建议，定期输出人力资源分析报告 5. 领导安排的其他工作任务 二、任职要求 1.学历要求：统招本科及以上学历，专业不限 2.工作经验：5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，有HRBP/人事管理经验者以及高科技企业工作经验者优先 3.专业技能：了解人力资源六大模块，至少熟悉1-2个模块；了解劳动法律法规及相关政策，具备一定的劳动争议处理能力 4.能力要求：具备良好的沟通协调能力、数据分析能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神，能独立处理日常人力资源事务 5.软件技能：熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件，熟悉HR系统操作 6.其他要求：能接受不定期出差
