独立处理ER case，提前预控风险和解决劳动争议 3.
及时完成每月薪资奖金计算并保证准确度。 4. 编制年度人力成本预算以及人力成本月度预测，完成相应的人力成本分析报告 5. 推动cost effective举措，配合业务需求合理控制人员成本，优化资源分配
负责办公室行政事宜 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上零售行业HRBP经验 2. 熟悉Payroll操作及劳动法律法规，处理过ER case 3. 精通Excel数据分析及PPT呈现 4. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能适应快节奏零售业务环境 5. 抗压能力强，对工作有责任心
