What they need
- 擔任廠區主管之 HR Business Partner，深入了解生產營運及組織需求，提供人力資源解決方案與建議。
- 協助廠區人力規劃與組織管理，依產能、組織發展及營運需求進行人力盤點、編制規劃及人力配置。
- 推動人才管理與留才機制，包含人才盤點、關鍵人才／高潛力人才發展、接班規劃及留任措施。
- 協助主管進行績效管理、員工發展、組織溝通及管理議題處理，提升團隊與組織效能。
- 提供勞動法規、人資政策、員工溝通及人員管理相關建議。
- 與 TA 團隊合作，依廠區 DL／IDL 人力需求、產能及關鍵職缺制定招募與人力補充策略。
- 運用 HR 數據分析及人力數據，提供洞察並支援管理及業務決策。
- 與總部各 HR Function 協作，推動薪酬、人才發展、員工關係、組織發展及 HR 制度於廠區落地。
- 參與廠區相關 HR 專案，包括組織變革、流程改善、員工體驗及 HR 數位轉型等。
