该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. HR全模块端到端支持
- 负责智能车载业务人力资源全生命周期管理，包括招聘、员工关系、绩效、培训、薪酬及组织发展等模块
- 联动COE与SSC，推动HR政策及项目在业务端高效落地 2. 组织搭建与快速扩张支持
- 深度参与智能车载业务组织设计，明确部门职责、岗位分工与汇报关系
- 支持业务从初创阶段到规模化发展的组织架构演进
- 制定并推动人员编制策略，支撑关键岗位快速引进与团队搭建
- 协助优化适配新业务特点的组织运营机制（决策流程、跨部门协作机制等） 3. 培训体系与合规建设
- 从0到1搭建车载业务培训体系（覆盖研发、制造、一线员工）
- 建立培训合规管理机制，满足客户及行业体系审核要求（如IATF等相关体系认证）
- 推动关键岗位能力模型构建与人才培养路径设计
- 支持客户审核及内部质量体系认证相关人力资源准备工作 4. 一线制造人群管理
- 参与一线用工策略制定（用工结构、稳定性管理等）
- 优化蓝领员工招聘、入职、培训及留任机制
- 推动现场用工效率提升与人效改善 任职要求： 经验
- 5–8年HR经验，其中至少2–3年HRBP经验
- 有制造业/车载/电子行业经验优先
- 有IDL + DL双体系经验优先 能力
- 熟悉HR六大模块，能独立承接BU
- 具备数据分析能力（Turnover / Cost / HC）
- 较强的业务理解及推动能力
- 能在快速变化环境下工作 教育：
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限
- 英语熟练
