【工作职责】
- 协助完成零售终端岗位的日常招聘工作，包含招聘信息发布、简历筛选、面试邀约、候选人维护等
- 负责员工入离职流程、体检安排等
- 负责员工档案的定期归档及日常维护
- 协助流程审批跟进及HR数据报表的定期维护更新
- 与零售店铺对接，协助跟进各项员工资料、各类证明等，以及员工信息收集
- 负责文件收发、资料打印等 【任职条件】
- 北京本科在校生、2023毕业生，人力资源、行政管理等相关专业
- 每周出勤3天，实习期6个月，表现优异者可提供转正机会
- 良好的沟通能力、服务意识及学习能力
- 良好的英文听说读写能力，熟练使用OFFICE办公软件
