• Review project scope of work and Task Listing, schedules, specifications and understand the project requirement, support bidding department to clarify technical problems.
• Take part in design and constructability reviews to ensure adequate planning, material identification and input from design stage to hook up.
• Understand the full scope of work of the project, contract type and milestone schedules. Report weekly fabrication progress to planning team and monitors production man-hours and productivity, when the progress is slower than schedule, find the bottle neck and propose feasible solutions to speed up progress.
• Manage and control material issue including material requisition, calculate and distribute fabrication materials to subcontractor to ensure construction schedule.
• Solve problems and initiate site queries/technical queries to contractor to ensure fabrication productivity.
• Review design model/drawings for constructability and identify any special items/sub-contractor requirements and feedback to Engineering to incoporate on AFC drawings.
• Review 4 week look ahead plans and identify the constraints (material/drawings)
• Review scope changes, additional works or reworks and initiate revision orders/change orders into PIMS.
• Conduct Wokpack Index. Monitor workpack/MN issue and advises priorities to the lead designer and discipline manager based on material availability and scheduled deliveries etc. Ensure the yard/shop is supplied with correct materials and drawings on time and monitor execution of workpack/MN.
• Lead discipline production engineers to prepare labor RFQ and TBE.
• Coordinate other discipline engineer to solve cross-disciplinary problems to support yard fabrication.
• Review vendor data documents for interdisciplinary interfaces as required.
• Fully understand the specification and project special requirement, prepare E&I work method statement/procedures and send to client for approval, coordinate with HSE team to draft TRA.
• Co-ordinate and support construction supervisor to manage sub-contractors if needed.
• Prepare and organize kick-off meeting or activity training to sub-contractor to ensure them fully understand the work activity procedure and standard.
• Co-ordinate to establish PIMS basic data, data input, status tracking and trouble shooting.
• Monior punch lists/ITR status, and closure tracking.
• Provide necessary guidance/training to discipline production engineers and provide sufficient resources to support discipline PE team complete work. X). Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company. 任职要求：
• Be familiar with the rules and standards of discipline, have expert knowledge in the codes and standards of offshore/onshore module construction and fabrication industry.
• Be familiar with module construction process and have a comprehensive understanding of project construction. Can support construction progress management and give suitable plan for subcontractor managerment.
• Have a contain knowledge for each discipline.
• Have ability to analyse subcontractor selection from technical level.
• Be familiar with company procedure compile. 1.大专及以上学历，HVAC 通风专业优先； 2.10 年以上海工 / 陆上油气模块建造经验，3 年以上团队管理经验 3.精通海工建造规范标准，熟练使用 CAD、3D 模型、物料控制系统 4.英语听说读写流利，可独立与外籍业主技术 / 商务沟通 5.强沟通协调、问题解决与抗压能力
