该职位来源于猎聘 岗位所需知识与技能 1.半导体行业经验或者光学行业经验 2.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 3.严格遵守半导体行业6S规则，遵守安全条规 4.光学相关设备/工艺经验 5.离子束，刻蚀，沉积相关设备的实际操作或者开发经验 6.机械或电子系统的维修和维护经验 7.SEM，TEM，EDS等分析技术经验 8.高压环境下工作能力，多任务处理能力 需求人员岗位职责 1.负责离子束/反应离子束刻蚀工艺开发 2.负责离子束/反应离子束系统的故障排查，分析，维护 3.负责离子束/反应离子束刻蚀与其它系统（如化学气相沉积，电感耦合等离子刻蚀）的工艺整合和工艺开发 4.指导离子束/反应离子束系统的工艺和硬件发展方向 5.作为一个大的项目组的一部分，与其他部门协作配合，为复杂的工程问题提供技术解决方案 6.利用自己的专业深度和创新能力，从设备/材料/技术/工艺方向提出对问题的处理思路 7.对团队里的其他人员提供技术指导和培训
