该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、负责电路设计和仿真验证
2、参与模块指标定义，撰写设计测试相关文档
3、负责指导版图设计工程师完成版图设计
4、负责相关电路的测试验证及实验室调试 任职要求 1、微电子、电子科学与技术通信、电路与系统等相关专业 ，硕士及以上学历 2、具有扎实的模拟/射频集成电路基础，熟悉IC制造工艺和流程 3、熟练掌握仿真工具的使用，能进行模拟/射频电路的搭建、仿真和验证。有ADC，DAC，TX, RX, PLL, Bandgap, LNA, Filter, PVT Sensor等项目经验者优先 4、具有系统架构设计能力、有项目流片经验者优先 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，较强的学习和分析解决问题的能力
