该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1、负责电源类IC电路的设计和仿真验证 2、指导版图设计工程师完成版图设计 3、指导测试工程师完成测试，指导FAE，AE对芯片的应用 任职要求 1、硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子信息工程等相关专业，条件优秀者可放宽 2、集成电路理论基础扎实，能够独立完成设计理论推算 3、能够熟练使用集成电路开发EDA软件 4、能独立设计电源类IC，熟悉模拟数字电路的仿真 5、熟悉CMOS,Bipolar,BCD等工艺流程，对芯片的BUG能分析处置 6、开发过？PFM，PWM，LLC控制电路的产品设计者优先
