该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.AI在芯片设计提效领域的技术调研与跟踪。参与AI提效规划与落地相关工作
- 参与/组织AI-EDA相关的商用工具调研与导入工作，涉及需求提出，工具鉴别，评估体系建设，benchmark设计，设计流程导入和项目落地相关工作
- 根据后端各设计流程需求，参与/组织自研AI-outside 工具规划，开发，评估和落地相关工作，实现基于自研AI技术的设计提效相关工作
- 参与/组织 AI后端应用相关的产学研相关工作 任职要求： 1. AI-EDA领域硕士研究生以上学历，博士优先
- 熟悉LLM，深度强化学习等先进AI算法，有芯片设计/EDA相关的开发&研究经历优先
- 熟悉集成电路工艺的基础知识，熟悉后端设计流程
- 能够对新知识、新技术进行主动学习、提问。
- 能够积极主动的与内部同事进行沟通交流
