IE & Lean Leader / 工业工程与精益制造主管

• Establish and maintain the lean strategy for low-vlolume, high-mix aerospace harness manuafacturing / 建立和维护航空领域小批量多品种产品（线束）的精益制造战略
• Design and improve the layout of the factory and continuously improve the workflow / 设计优化工厂布局并持续改进工作流
• Mornitor and plan for heavy means(critical machine) capacity and maintain the good performance of all the heavy means / 监控和策划关键设备产能并保持关键设备的高效运行
• Mornitor and plan for tool capacity and maintain the optimized tool availability / 监控和策划工具需求，保持工具合理供给
• Lead and support the development of processes and methods / 领导和支持工艺，生产方法以及工具的改善提高。
• Apply strong engineering knowledge, coaching skills to lead a team of engineers towards complex technical solutions / 应用渊博的工程学知识，培训及领导工程师团队以制定应对繁复技术难题的解决方案。
• Plan, assign, monitor and measure team member’s objectives, predicate on overall departmental goals / 根据所有部门目标，计划，分配，监督与评估员工目标。
• Ensure compliance to customer Engineering and Installation processes / 确保与客户工程，安装工艺的一致性。
• Keep appraised of and evaluate new technologies for process improvement through new or enhanced systems, tools, and methodologies / 运用新兴或成熟的系统，工艺以及方法论来评估新技术，从而不断改进工艺。
• Lead and deploy continuous improvement projects within department level and support at company level / 领导和部署部门级别持续改进项目，并对公司级别项目提供支持
• Other duties may be assigned supporting to achieve the position objective / 其他能够促进达成职位目标的任务。 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical, / Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械

/ 航空），或工程专业同等学位。

• 5 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred) / 五年制造工程领域的经验 (电气线束领域经验更佳) 。
• 2 years Aerospace industry is preferred / 两年航空领域工作经验更佳。
• Good in English (Written and verbal) required / 良好的英语口语与书写能力。
• Strong expertise of mechanical and electrical design / 专业的机械电气设计技术能力
• Continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma methodologies / 精益六西格玛管理思想及持续改进思想。
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles, theories, technologies, and concepts in assigned discipline / 在既定原则范围内的工程与制造原理，理论，技术与概念方面知识。
• Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies / 根据问题解决方法论解决设计问题的能力。
