What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 新项目产品(3D&2D )评审和工艺方案分析； 2. 为新项目装配线制定计划； 3. 完成装配线的CDC文件； 4. 装配线设计评审&初步验收以及问题点跟进； 5. IE流程文件准备； 6. 新装配线在生产车间安装以及调试跟进； 7. 操作员工作业培训； 8. 装配线放行管理和效率管理； 9. 装配线放行后主要问题跟进和最终验收跟进。 任职要求： 1. 机电一体化或者工业化专业优先；
- 精通机械设计原理，有跟进自动化设备经验； 3. 精通IE手法&切断工序&组装工序 4. 对PLC编程(有欧姆龙PLC编程经验佳)有一定的了解，能独立调试设备程序优先考虑； 5. 有汽车零部件行业新设备导入工作2年或以上经验，总工作经验4年以上优先；
- 会使用Solidworks/Pro-E/Auto CAD；
- 懂汽车行业的IATF16949/APQP程序者优先。
