- 持有香港社會科學學位，主修社會工作或同等學歷；必須為註冊社工
- 具3年或以上復康服務工作經驗尤佳
- 主責照顧者支援服務，並建立及管理支援照顧者數據平台；與地區持份者緊密聯繫及協作，為高危照顧者家庭提供緊急支援；統籌朋輩支援服務；推行暫託體驗活動
- 入職薪酬按相關工作經驗而定，月薪最高可達$55,060
