进出口协调专员 Imp. & Exp. Coordinator

• 进出口货物的海关现场及委任申报工作，及海关验货； 2. 进出口单证的整理（包括：接、整单、录入、核对、发送等）； 3. 协调与销售部,仓库,报关行的工作和报关时间和周期控制； 4. 上级安排的其他工作。 Job Description/Responsibility
• Import and export onsite decearance and authorization declaration, Custom inspection;
• File and coordinate all import and export document;
• Coordinate with Sales Department, Warehouse, broker about custom declaration and control cycle time;
• Any other jobs assigned by superior

任职要求： 工作要求/标准

• 大专或同等以上学历； 2. 具有常州/上海海关颁发的报关员资格证书； 3. 能熟练掌握现代化的办公设备，并具有一定的计算机应用基础； 4. 有单证操作经验或有报关、报检证者优先； 5. 英语良好。 Job Requirement
• College degree or above;
• Has Customer Declaration Certificate issued by Shanghai Customs;
• With perfect knowledge of using office equipment and computer;
• With experience of declaration, with Inspector Certificate is preferred;
• Good command of English.
