• Reporting & Regular Review Qualification required:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing or related disciplines.
• You have developed expertise in Skilled in programming, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical optimization for mainstream robots (ABB, FANUC), PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi), servo control systems, vision inspection systems, automatic spraying/assembly/conveyor lines.
• Proven experience in independently leading full-cycle automation project implementation and production line upgrading, including solution design, cost estimation, schedule control and final acceptance.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and factory safety standards. Well-versed in production processes and automation application scenarios of automotive exterior parts (injection molding, spraying, assembly and inspection).
• Excellent team management, communication, problem-solving and pressure resistance capabilities. Able to rapidly handle on-site critical equipment failures with strong lean improvement and cost-control awareness.
• Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks and Office software; capable of independently preparing technical proposals, reports and standard documents. Work Experience Requirements
• Working Years: Minimum 8 years of industrial automation working experience, including at least 3 years of team management experience in automotive component factories.
• Mandatory Industry Experience: Solid working experience in automotive exterior parts factories (bumper, front grille, exterior plastic parts, body trim strips, etc.), familiar with automation application in full processes of injection molding, spraying, assembly and painting.
• Project Experience: Proven track record of leading at least 3 full production line automation upgrading or new factory automation construction projects, with verified achievements in automation rate improvement, OEE promotion and cost reduction.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automotive Tier 1 supplier factories, familiar with smart factory digital transformation, and experienced in robot vision， Large Automated Gluing Line project implementation is highly preferred.

主要工作职责 1. 自动化产线规划与新项目落地投产 2. 自动化设备运维及团队管理 3. 产线自动化改造升级与生产效率优化 4. 智能制造与数字化系统落地实施 5. 成本管控与供应商管理 6. 安全生产、产品质量及体系合规管理 7. 数据报表编制与定期复盘评审 任职要求 1. 自动化、机电一体化、电气工程、机械设计制造及相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 精通主流机器人（ABB、发那科）、PLC 控制系统（西门子、三菱）、伺服控制系统、视觉检测设备、自动喷涂 / 装配 / 输送线的程序编写、设备调试、故障排查与技术优化工作。 3. 具备独立统筹自动化项目全周期实施、产线升级改造完整经验，涵盖方案设计、成本预算、进度管控、项目终验收全流程。 4. 熟悉 IATF16949 质量管理体系及工厂安全规范；精通汽车外饰件全工艺流程（注塑、喷涂、装配、检测）及自动化应用场景。 5. 优秀的团队管理、跨部门沟通、问题解决及抗压能力；可快速处置现场重大设备故障，具备扎实的精益改善思维与成本管控意识。 6. 熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks 及 Office 办公软件，可独立编制技术方案、工作报告及标准化技术文件。 工作经验硬性要求 1. 工作年限：8 年及以上工业自动化相关从业经验，其中至少 3 年汽车零部件工厂团队管理经验。 2. 行业经验（必备）：拥有汽车外饰件工厂完整从业经验（保险杠、进气格栅、车身外饰塑料件、车身饰条等），熟悉注塑、喷涂、装配、涂装全流程自动化应用。 3. 项目经验：主导过至少 3 条整线自动化升级或新工厂自动化搭建项目，在自动化覆盖率提升、设备综合效率（OEE）改善、生产成本压降方面有可量化落地成果。 4. 优先条件：有汽车一级配套供应商（Tier1）工作经历、熟悉智能工厂数字化转型、主导过机器人视觉，大型自动化涂胶线体者优先录用。
