Cowidea Management Sdn. Bhd. 正在寻找一位有经验的室内设计项目负责人（Project PIC），负责公司现有及新项目的民宿室内设计与装修管理。

我们需要的是一位能够独立管理项目、协调客户与 Contractor，并能够跟进项目从设计到完工的人选。

公司将提供 Drawing / Drafting Assistant 协助绘图，同时 Sales Team 会提供新的客户及项目 Leads，让你能够更专注于 Project Management 和执行。

主要工作职责

• 负责民宿室内设计及装修项目，从开始到完工。
• 跟进项目 Timeline、进度及整体执行。
• 与客户沟通设计、报价、材料及项目进度。
• 负责 Site Visit 及现场施工协调。
• 协调 Contractor、Supplier 及相关工作人员。
• 准备及 / 或检查 BQ、Quotation 及项目成本。
• 跟进施工质量、Defect 及 Project Handover。
• 同时管理多个进行中的项目，并及时解决项目问题。

我们正在寻找

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design、Interior Architecture、Construction、Project Management 或相关领域。
• 3–5年以上相关工作经验。
• 有 Interior Design / Renovation Project 管理经验。
• 熟悉 Site Management、Contractor Coordination 及 BQ / Costing。
• 能够阅读及理解 Technical Drawings。
• 良好的客户沟通及 Problem-Solving 能力。
• 能够独立工作并 Take Ownership of Projects。
• 愿意根据项目需要进行 Site Visit。

有 Homestay、Airbnb、Hospitality 或 Residential Renovation 经验者优先。

Interior Design Project PIC

About the Position

Cowidea Management Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced Interior Design Project PIC to manage our existing and upcoming homestay interior design and renovation projects.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, and follow through the project from the design stage to completion.

The company will provide a Drawing / Drafting Assistant to support drawing work, while our Sales Team will provide new clients and project leads, allowing you to focus more on Project Management and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage homestay interior design and renovation projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, progress and overall execution.
• Communicate with clients regarding design, quotations, materials and project progress.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate on-site renovation works.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and relevant workers.
• Prepare and/or review BQ, quotations and project costs.
• Monitor workmanship, defects and project handover.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in managing Interior Design / Renovation Projects.
• Familiar with Site Management, Contractor Coordination and BQ / Costing.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good client communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Willing to conduct site visits when required.

Candidates with experience in Homestay, Airbnb, Hospitality or Residential Renovation will have an added advantage.
