職責
- 繪圖經驗、室內設計或裝潢工程經驗
- 以專業和及時的方式處理來自不同渠道（如電話、WhatsApp、電子郵件）的客戶查詢和反饋
- 進行公司採購, 以便順暢運作
- 處理和跟進訂單, 確保準時送到客人手上
- 做協調和統籌工作, 準備派貨表報告
- 根據客戶要求準備相關報價和提案
- 負責訂單輸入、物流安排和文檔工作
- 負責經理委派的任何其他工作, 跟進上級的臨時任務
- 與承包商, 供應商和人客協調統籌
- 進行現場工程專案管理
資歷
- 完成中五／文憑試課程或同等學歷；
- 熟悉Drawing系統 (e.g. AutoCAD), 電腦操作, 包括MS Office及中英文輸入法；
- 能獨立勤奮處理工作, 工作積極主動
- 處事謹慎細心, 守時
待遇
- 銀行假期, 勤工獎, 花紅
- 每週工作5.5天:
星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時,
星期六: 上午9時至下午1時
