ZH First Coffee is a growing FMCG export and distribution company based in Seremban, Malaysia. We specialize in exporting and supplying a wide range of food, beverages, frozen products, and household essentials to international and local markets.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in content creation, social media management, digital marketing campaigns, and promoting our products to global customers while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the FMCG export industry.

我们正在寻找一位富有创意且积极主动的数码营销实习生，协助市场团队进行内容创作、社交媒体管理、数码营销活动，并向全球客户推广公司产品，同时获得 FMCG 出口行业的实战经验。

Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  协助策划及制作 Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 等社交媒体内容
• Support online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  协助执行线上营销活动、促销及新品推广
• Help manage social media posts, comments, and customer engagement
  管理社交媒体贴文、回复留言及与粉丝互动
• Assist in designing graphics, short videos, and marketing materials
  协助设计宣传图片、短视频及营销素材
• Monitor social media performance and assist in reporting analytics
  协助分析社交媒体数据及表现
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
  进行市场调查及竞争对手分析
• Support email marketing and website content updates
  协助电子邮件营销及网站内容更新
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
  协助市场部门处理日常行政工作

Requirements | 任职要求

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  在读市场营销、传播学、数码媒体或相关科系 Diploma / Degree 学生
• Proficient in basic English (spoken & written)
  具备基本英语沟通及书写能力
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
  富有创意、积极主动并乐于学习
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
  熟悉社交媒体平台及基本设计软件（Canva、Photoshop 等）
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神及组织能力

Working Hours | 工作时间

🕗 Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕐 Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

🕗 周一至周五**：上午 8:00 – 下午 5:00**
🕐 周六**：上午 8:00 – 下午 1:00**
