我们正在寻找一位专业、高效，并具备内容策划能力的摄影剪辑人才，负责企业人物 IP、品牌内容及日常商业视频的策划、拍摄与后期制作。

你需要能够独立完成从选题策划、脚本编排、现场拍摄到视频剪辑的完整流程，并根据不同平台及传播目标，制作短视频、中视频及长视频内容。

这不仅是一个单纯的摄影或剪辑岗位。我们希望你能够理解企业品牌、人物定位和社交媒体传播逻辑，将日常工作、行业观点、商务活动和企业故事转化为专业、真实且具有传播力的视频内容。

工作职责

• 负责企业人物 IP 及公司品牌视频的内容策划、拍摄与剪辑
• 根据人物定位和品牌目标，策划视频选题、内容方向及拍摄形式
• 编写或协助完善视频脚本、采访提纲、分镜及拍摄流程
• 独立完成日常跟拍、人物访谈、商务活动、企业宣传及产品内容拍摄
• 制作短视频、中视频及长视频，包括社交媒体内容、人物故事、行业访谈及品牌专题
• 负责视频后期剪辑、字幕、音效、调色、节奏设计及基础包装
• 根据 LinkedIn、TikTok、Instagram、YouTube、视频号、小红书及抖音等平台特点调整内容形式
• 建立高效的素材管理及内容制作流程，确保稳定、高质量地完成发布计划
• 与管理层、市场及业务团队沟通，将业务内容转化为清晰、有吸引力的视频表达
• 持续优化视频内容质量、制作效率及账号整体视觉风格

任职要求

• 上班时间中午1点到晚上10点
• 具备扎实的摄影、摄像及视频剪辑能力
• 有成熟的企业人物 IP、创始人 IP、商业人物或品牌账号制作经验
• 能够独立完成策划、编排、拍摄及后期制作，而非只执行单一环节
• 熟悉人物拍摄、采访拍摄、日常纪实及商业场景拍摄
• 具备良好的内容判断力，能够从日常工作中发现值得拍摄和传播的内容
• 熟练使用 Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro、DaVinci Resolve 或其他主流剪辑软件
• 具备良好的画面审美、镜头语言、节奏感和叙事能力
• 工作效率高，执行力强，能够适应灵活的拍摄安排
• 具备良好的沟通能力、责任感及团队协作意识
• 有海外社交媒体、B2B企业内容或管理层人物账号经验者优先
• 能够使用普通话及英语工作；懂粤语者优先
• 具备在香港合法工作的资格

签证支持

持有 IANG 签证的申请人可申请。公司可根据实际聘用情况配合提供续签所需的雇佣证明及相关公司文件，最终审批结果以香港入境事务处决定为准。

Video Content Producer & Editor

Corporate Personal Branding

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, efficient and creatively driven Video Content Producer and Editor to develop content for corporate personal branding, executive profiles and company communications.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage the full video production process independently, from content planning and story development to filming, editing and final delivery. The role involves producing short-form, mid-form and long-form videos for different platforms and communication objectives.

This is not simply a camera operator or video editing position. We are looking for someone who understands personal branding, corporate communications and social media storytelling, and who can turn everyday business activities, industry insights, events and company stories into professional, authentic and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit video content for executive personal branding and corporate communications
• Develop video topics, creative directions and production formats based on brand and profile positioning
• Prepare or refine scripts, interview questions, storyboards and shooting plans
• Independently manage day-to-day filming, executive interviews, business events, corporate videos and product-related content
• Produce short-form, mid-form and long-form videos, including social media clips, executive stories, interviews and branded features
• Handle post-production, including editing, subtitles, sound design, colour correction, pacing and basic motion graphics
• Adapt content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu and Douyin
• Build an efficient content production and asset-management workflow
• Work closely with management, marketing and business teams to translate business information into clear and engaging video content
• Continuously improve production quality, turnaround efficiency and the overall visual identity of the accounts

Requirements

• Strong professional skills in videography, photography and video editing
• Proven experience producing content for founders, executives, corporate personal brands or commercial accounts
• Ability to independently handle planning, scripting, filming and editing
• Experience in interviews, documentary-style filming, executive content and commercial environments
• Strong content awareness and the ability to identify valuable stories from everyday business activities
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or other professional editing software
• Strong visual judgement, storytelling ability, pacing and understanding of camera language
• Highly efficient, reliable and able to work with flexible filming schedules
• Strong communication skills, ownership and ability to collaborate with different teams
• Experience with international social media, B2B content or executive accounts is preferred
• Working proficiency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage
• Must be legally eligible to work in Hong Kong
