What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责酒店度假村整体IT基础设施的规划、部署与日常运维管理，确保系统可用性达99.9%
- 主导酒店PMS（物业管理系统）、POS（收银系统）及网络系统的稳定运行与优化升级
- 管理年度IT预算，控制成本，并主导至少3个技术改进项目以提升运营效率
- 组建并领导IT团队，制定运维SLA（服务水平协议），快速响应并解决各部门技术问题
任职要求：
- 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备5年以上酒店、文旅或相关行业IT管理经验
- 精通酒店主流PMS（如Opera）、网络架构及信息安全体系，持有PMP或ITIL认证者优先
- 出色的团队管理与跨部门沟通能力 4.具备优秀的项目管理和预算控制能力，有成功实施成本节约项目经验
