该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 对现有交付工艺进行维护，提供技术支持； 2. 对生产现场工艺和产品异常进行闭环处理； 3. 对现场设备进行熟练使用，并协助设备人员提升设备能力； 4. 独立编写SOP、PFMEA等文件，并对助理工程师和作业人员进行培训和考核； 5. 对工序内现有生产制程能力进行评估，负责良率、效率、成本等方面的优化工作； 6. 负责或参与工序相关的项目； 7. 完成领导安排的其他任务 任职要求： 1、责任担当 2、积极主动 3、敬业精神 4、逻辑思维能力 5、开拓创新 6、有光刻相关工序工作经验理工科相关专业，例如微电子、化学、材料等
