该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责工艺路线制定，电镀湿法站工艺文件编辑 2、负责电镀湿法站新设备评估、设备验收等 3、负责电镀湿法站工艺技术建立、开发、优化 4、负责客户新产品工艺技术评估、DOE、Qual以及小批量工艺技术创建 5、收集作业数据，进行分析，识别潜在的各站缺陷，并提出改进方案。 6、熟悉Control Plan、FMEA等 7、负责电镀湿法站生产材料评估验证 8、负责电镀湿法站生产治具评估验证。 任职要求： 基本要求 性别不限； 年龄50以内； 本科及以上理工类，行业经验3年以上； 技能要求 1、电镀湿法站相关工艺技术产品经验 2、电镀湿法站客户对接经验 3、电镀湿法站设备治具材料工艺评估验证经验 职业素养 逻辑思维能力 良好的沟通协调能力
