该职位来源于猎聘 任职资格要求： 1.化学工程工艺相关专业，硕士及以上学历
2.5年以上精细化工、电子化学品或特种化学品行业工艺工程经验
- 熟悉Phase-Gate产品开发流程，精通化工单元操作（反应、精馏、萃取、结晶、过滤、干燥等）的原理与工程计算
- 责任心强、保密性高、积极好学，具团队合作精神，领导力，和执行力。 5.良好的中英文沟通能力及办公软件使用能力；会日语或者韩语优先。 主要工作职责：
- 负责抛光液的中试，放大生产过程；把研发经理以及研究员开发出的新产品配方变成可以量产的产品。 2.全面负责研发部分的Phase-Gate工作，包括但是不限于工艺路线可行性评估，识别关键工艺风险点，如何降低产品的生产成本。
- 中试工艺设计与优化，解决中试放大过程中的工艺问题 4.量产工艺优化与技术规划、支持，解决量产过程中的工艺问题
