该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、 按照要求把电源管理类模拟芯片电路转换成版图,并进行版图的DRC/LVS/LPE验证； 2、 配合DE版图优化及tapeout。 3、 与研发团队配合共同根据目标参数设计出高质量版图。 任职要求： 1、微电子学/电子信息科学与技术相关专业，本科及以上应届生； 2、有CMOS或BCD工艺版图设计实习经验者更佳； 3、熟悉Cadence Virtuoso/Mentor Graphic/Laker 等版图工具优先。
