该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 支持AI Agent人工智能算法开发，参与到集团内部课题研究（园区能耗控制方向）。能够结合最新的大语言模型技术和实际开发需求，推动复杂系统的算法设计与实现。候选人将参与从算法设计到落地部署的全过程，推动创新技术的商业化应用。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历。大三/大四/研一/研二在校生优先，对AI算法有基本了解。全职实习3个月以上。 2、学习能力强，有较强的理解能力，良好的沟通与团队协作能力，能够接受较强工作压力; 3、了解GPT/Claude等大语言模型的原理和应用场景，对智能体开发有一定经验，熟练使用Python 或 Java。
