该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责全新平台和现有平台电机静力学、动力学、热、流体和模态等仿真，并给出分析报告和结论 2、参与电机先进结构、散热方案的规定 3、负责问题电机的仿真、原因分析和改进方案制定 4、参与相关专项研发、技术难点攻关等 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电机CAE仿真经验，熟悉电机结构、散热、流体、力学、振动等 2、具有较强的跨部门沟通能力、抗压能力和团队意识 3、熟练使用CAE仿真软件mechenical、flunent、wokbench等 4、有成功解决产品重大问题或者带来产品重大改进并导入批量生产经验者优先
