该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责生产制造领域数字化产品的规划与建设。 2、深度挖掘用户痛点与需求，制定数字化产品及方案发展规划； 3、撰写 PRD 等需求文档，清晰阐述产品逻辑，协调跨部门资源，推动产品从需求到上线全流程落地，把控开发进度与质量； 4、负责产品日常运维运营、问题跟进及迭代优化，持续提升产品价值。 任职要求： 1、有TMS、WMS、APS等项目经验，项目经验，精通需求挖掘、PRD 撰写、原型设计（墨刀/Axure） 2、熟悉工业通信协议（如 OPC UA、Modbus、MQTT）及设备数据采集技术原理 3、具备需求优先级管理与产品迭代规划能力； 4、有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力，工作认真负责、具有较强的责任心，抗压能力强；
