该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责钣金、热交、组装等生产过程中的工艺管理，熟练掌握某一板块生产工艺 2、协助设备工程师对生产过程的设备进行日常管理、TPM活动开展、日常运维及新投资设备方案制定、调试验收 3、负责生产过程工艺执行监督检查，落实不合格问题点整改闭环 4、负责生产效率分析、效率提升、IE改善等相关工作 5、负责工艺、质量类改善项目及自动化设备等板块业绩输出 6、负责产品生产成本优化，降低加工制造费用 任职要求： 1、同行业3~5年工作经验 2、了解工艺基础知识、IE改善手法等相关内容 3、熟练使用Excel、Word、CAD等办公、制图软件 4、具有良好的沟通交流能力和较强的抗压能力 5、认同我司价值观、企业文化
