该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责固体制剂部门的研发工作：主要包括新药的研发，提供研发方案、解决在项目过程中出现的处方/工艺/放大等问题； 2、熟悉CFDA和FDA的各项相关法规； 3、处方工艺筛选和优化、工艺转移、工艺放大、为生产提供处方和工艺规程。 任职要求： 1、3年以上制剂研发工作经验，项目经验丰富者优先（博士可放宽条件）； 2、硕士及以上学历； 3、海外项目经验优先； 4、英语听说读写能力良好者优先。
