该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、领导并负责微生物相关分析工作，包括酶，蛋白，多肽，纳米抗体，核酸原料，中间体/API等样品的分析方法开发与检测工作 2、熟悉GMP及药品相关的法律法规、各国药典、ICH指导原则等规定的要求，有药品生产GMP实验室检验工作经验者优先。
- 、主导分析方法从研发部门向质量控制（QC）部门或生产场地的技术转移。 4、良好的客户沟通能力，
5、负责分析实验室的日常管理，确保其符合GLP/GMP要求，应对内外部审计 任职要求： 1、十年以上大分子项目管理经验 2、熟悉理化，生化，活性等检测 3、有IND，BLA项目申报经验 4、英语沟通交流能力
