该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责制定车型差异化竞争策略，组织整车功能规范（VFS）定义、评审及发布； 2、负责承接产品定义需求，构建用户体验产品竞争力，打造有温度、高价值的产品体验； 3、负责整车功能端到端的全生命周期体验管理，确保功能体验设计与用户需求匹配； 4、负责体验评价体现建立，搭建多维度、可量化的体验指标体系 5、负责前瞻性功能体验的规划，制定产品功能的中长期规划 任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历。 2、具备良好的内外部沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，具备用户意识。 3、为人正直，廉洁自律，工作细致认真、严谨，具有较强的责任心，抗压能力强，并具有团队合作精神。 4、英语CET四级以上。 5、熟悉应用办公软件
