该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、全面负责NPI、量产工艺方案开发设计； 2、引导本部完成领导指定的生产品质目标达成及管理； 3、负责调节、维护客户端、供应商端技术团队的工作衔接和对应，问题反馈与沟通，客户需求服务； 4、健全部门技术管理流程、制度和技术工艺标准，带领团队在技术上创新、引进、外训学习，工艺技术改良优化，快速响应制程改善提升，实现系统化、自动化、防滞化。 任职要求： 任职资格 1.智能手机/平板/VR/智能音箱/TWS工作经验优先。 2.8年以上国内外客户组装经验，熟悉FATP组装测试包装工艺流程； 3.熟悉主流国内客户端到端新产品流程。 4.10年以上同业大厂项目管理经验，具PMP证书优先；5年以上团队管理经验 5.严谨务实，积极主动。 6.机械或机电相关专业，本科及以上学历
