关于本岗位：

我们正在寻找一位Java开发工程师，加入大数据平台方向，参与平台架构优化、海量数据处理及AI能力落地。工作地点：厦门。

岗位职责：

· 负责大数据应用平台开发与架构优化，持续提升平台的数据处理能力，支撑平台智能化和可视化能力升级；

· 参与海量业务数据处理，完成数据清洗、数据转换、特征提取、知识库构建等数据治理相关后端服务开发；

· 负责大数据与AI方向的技术验证、功能开发与原型落地，输出技术优化与迭代方案，并完成前后端联调；

· 负责关键技术瓶颈突破与线上问题排查，推进项目实施，高效解决业务与服务问题。

任职要求：

· 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备3年及以上Java开发实战经验；

· 扎实的Java编程功底，熟悉Python，熟练数据库开发，熟练Vue/React至少一种主流前端框架；

· 熟悉AI应用开发流程，掌握RAG技术栈，了解LangChain/LangGraph框架，参与过AI功能或智能体服务的开发与落地；

· 熟练使用AI编程工具辅助开发，具备高效编码能力和代码审核能力；

· 了解Hadoop、Flink、Kafka等大数据生态组件，了解离线/实时数据开发基本思路；

· 具备独立需求分析、技术选型与方案设计能力，可输出高可用、高可扩展的大数据平台前后端整体解决方案；

· 具备良好的线上问题排查与应急处置能力，自驱力强，学习能力良好，沟通顺畅，能适应业务迭代节奏。

加分项：

· 有大数据场景下大模型Agent设计、开发及项目落地经验；

· 掌握机器学习算法，并有相关业务落地项目经验。

About This Role:

We are looking for a Java Development Engineer to join our Big Data Platform team in Xiamen. You will contribute to platform architecture optimization, large-scale data processing, and the integration of AI capabilities into our data products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the design, development, and architecture optimization of the big data application platform, improving data processing capability to support intelligent and visualization upgrades;

· Build back-end services for data governance at scale, including data cleaning, data transformation, feature extraction, and knowledge base construction;

· Lead technical validation, feature development, and prototype delivery for big data and AI initiatives; produce optimization and iteration plans and complete front-end/back-end integration;

· Resolve key technical bottlenecks and production issues, drive project execution, and deliver practical solutions to business and service problems.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience;

· Strong Java programming foundation, working knowledge of Python, proficiency in database development, and proficiency in at least one mainstream front-end framework such as Vue or React;

· Familiarity with AI application development, a solid grasp of the RAG technology stack, and exposure to LangChain or LangGraph; hands-on experience delivering AI features or agent services is expected;

· Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools, efficient coding practices, and code review;

· Working knowledge of big data ecosystem components such as Hadoop, Flink, and Kafka, and an understanding of offline and real-time data development approaches;

· Ability to independently conduct requirements analysis, technology selection, and solution design, delivering highly available and scalable end-to-end big data platform solutions covering both front end and back end;

· Strong production troubleshooting and incident response capabilities; self-driven with a quick learning ability, clear communication, and comfort with an iterative delivery rhythm.

Nice to Have:

· Experience designing, developing, and deploying large model agents in big data environments;

· Knowledge of machine learning algorithms with practical business delivery experience.
