主要职责
- 准备及整理 HR 文件、表格、信件及员工档案
- 更新员工资料、Leave、Attendance及相关记录
- 协助 Onboarding、Offboarding 及文件准备
- 协助 Recruitment 安排、Interview coordination
- 跟进员工文件、签名及资料收集
- 协助 HR Manager 完成日常HR工作及交办事项
