该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、负责模拟芯片研发场景规范化建设，制定模拟前后端规范和设计约束； 2、负责模拟电路优化算法研究，结合实际电路场景落地； 3、协助模拟MSP自动化平台AI相关接口开发； 4、协助模拟领域知识工程和知识库建设。 任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，微电子、计算机、通信、数学&物理相关专业 ； 2、熟悉优化算法、LLM、NN等相关技能优先； 3、熟练掌握Python/Perl/Shell语言，有独立工作经历优先； 4、了解数字&模拟&射频芯片设计研发流程，有EDA使用经验，或芯片项目开发经验优先； 5、有强烈求知欲，敢于突破创新，具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。
