职位描述：
- 参与堆糖用户拉新/增长策略工作，完成社交媒介投放落实及渠道应用组合优化
- 结合各社交媒介的特性，针对性设计并制定内容策略方案，已达成业务预期
- 通过精细化的流量运营，沉淀成本控制方法论，构建高效的KOL池
- 研究各类型渠道投放的优劣及有效策略，具有各新媒体渠道的认知和KOL投放策略能力
- 实时跟踪投放数据及评估效果，及时优化调整投放策略，为引流和转化结果负责
- 构建媒介资源数据库的收集、整理、分析，实现内容营销投放效率提升、成本优化和方法沉淀
职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，2年以上媒介投放从业经验，熟悉社交媒体营销推广策略和方式。有具体社交媒体投放项目的策划和落地经验
- 具备媒体创意策划能力；内容营销方案能力；具有全媒体传播所需要的知识、技巧和能力
- 行业视角，具备良好的沟通力，并能进行有效提案
- 具备良好的数据分析意识及能力
- 自驱力强，善于学习和总结
