任职要求：
- 市场营销、传播、商务或相关专业本科及以上学历
- 具备 2-3年以上 KOL/网红营销相关工作经验，有美妆、护肤、化妆品或 FMCG 行业经验者优先
- 中文听说读写流利，能够与中国籍管理层及团队进行有效沟通
- 熟悉印尼 KOL/网红市场，尤其是 TikTok 和 Instagram 平台
- 具备良好的团队管理及领导能力，能够有效协调、指导和管理团队成员，合理分配工作任务，并推动团队达成目标。
- 拥有丰富的印尼 KOL 资源及数据库，最好有 2,000+ KOL 资源
- 具备 KOL 项目全流程管理经验，包括 KOL 筛选、邀约、谈判、Brief、合同、内容跟进及项目效果评估
- 具备较强的 KOL、代理公司、MCN 及达人经纪团队的沟通及谈判能力
- 能够分析 KOL 项目数据，包括 GMV、互动率、触达量、播放量、转化率、ROI/ROAS 等
- 熟悉 TikTok Shop、TikTok Affiliate、直播及美妆 KOL 营销项目
- 具备较强的目标意识、主动性、分析能力及组织能力，能够同时管理多个 KOL 项目
- 能够接受在雅加达西部 Cengkareng 办公室线下办公
